INDIAN   NATIONAL   FLAG

It size is 3 : 2

1.      It has three colours;
1.      Saffron on top
2.      White in the middle
3.      Green at the bottom

2.      No flag should be flown above the National Flag or on the right or left to it.

3.      If hung, that another flag should be horizontal & the National Flag should be  1 foot above the centre.

4.      In a parade it should be in the centre of the other flags.

5.      The  National Flag should be on all the govt. buildings daily.

6.      The National Flag  or its replica should not be used in trade, business or profession.

7.      The  National Flag should be hoisted in the morning before 9 AM and should be lowered before sun set.

8.      It can be hoisted in a respectable manner.

c] Private Persons in their campus

10.  Where National Flag should not be hoisted :                                                        1] Commercial gains
2]         drapers
3]         clothes

11.  A spoiled or torn out National Flag should not be hoisted.

12.  Who can hoist the National Flag.
1.The President of India
2.The Prime Minister
3.Ambassadors
4.High Commissioners

13.  The other Govt. Officials can place on the car folded.

14.  Flag Officers of Armed Forces as ensigns

15.  On August 15  by all

16.  On January 26 by all

17.  On Court buildings

18.  On the dead bodies of
1.      President
2.      Governor
