3. If hung, that another flag
should be horizontal & the National Flag should be 1 foot above
the centre.

In
a parade it should be in the centre of the other flags.

The National Flag should be on all the govt.
buildings daily.

The
National Flag
or its replica should not be used in
trade, business or profession.

The National Flag should be hoisted in the morning
before 9 AM and should be lowered before sun set.

can be hoisted in a respectable manner.
