460. OPPORTUNITIES

Turn the weakness into strength.
Turn enemies into allies.
Share the views; and also share the responsibilities.
Team-work scores more, over, individual efforts.
Know the enemies’ weakness, exploit them and then take calculated risk.
Individual interest should never exceed team interest.
The man with greatest commitment is better than the man with best capabilities.
The team leader, manager should inspire the team and council in crisis.
The right team is made by selecting the right individuals.
The right man for the right job.
Team work succeeds even if individual efforts fail.

SUCCESS,
Success or greatness is a personal concept.
For many people success means popularity and fame.
For some it is wealth and frame;
For some it is “leading a happy life”.
So it all depends on your mind.
An unsuccessful man says nothing, does nothing and be nothing.
Success is the building constructed by wise men using the stones thrown at them.
What do you want in your life?
Any job is not an end in itself.
Ask not what your country can do for you.
Learn today, lead tomorrow.
Learn to earn and lead.
Lines in hand can determine your fate then what about handsless people.
If you failed, Why?
If you passed, Why?
