Dad means father.
Dads are of three types.
1. Rich dad
2. Poor dad
3. Middle class dad
Rich Dad. :- Children are investment to this dad. He will not have more children. Even if he has he has his own plan to bring them up. He will always guide children to do business. He will never recommend his children to for a job. He feels that children are like industries. Whatever is invested on children will be returned back to him or to them. Whatever he invests will be or can be recovered in a few years and that child, for years, can earn profits. That is why a rich man becomes a rich man. For him everything is a game.
If one man starts a business, he develops it and handover that to his children. He explains all the strategies to his children. Where father ends from there children take the reins and continue further.
For example, Dheerubai Ambani, who started his life doing some odd jobs, started his small business. By the time he retired he handed over 1,65,ooo crore turnover business to his children. His children started at that point and became no.1 in the world.
So one generation’s ending point is the beginning point to the other generation. That is why , for their development sky will be limit.
Poor Dad :- Children are income to this dad. If this dad has more children, he feels happy. It is because he sends his children for various types of labour work. By evening his children bring some money. The family runs with it. He will be highly contented and his children also. For generations their standard of living remains same or + or - that side or this side.
He never allows his children to go for higher studies. First of all he does not have money. Secondly even if they are qualified, as they do not have other facilities, they cannot come up.
He feels nothing comes valuable before his work, skill, etc.
Middle Class Dad :- Children are burden to this dad. He belongs to educated family. He feels that education is a must for living in this world. He studied a lot, earned degrees, got a job and started his life. So he guides his children to study well, get good marks, prepare well for interviews etc., so that they can get good jobs. In this type of family every generation has to start from A, B, C, D and do not go further.
In this family mostly there will be nothing to handover to the next generation. Every generation begins at A.
Secondly they are not ready to change their frame. They are no-changers.
They always try to say how tough is the life. They dishearten others also.
